Year-end Evaluation of Your Rotation Program

The following suggested "Evaluation Questions" came from a discussion in the Idea Exchange Message Board at www.rotation.org

Below are 3 sets of "evaluation" ideas/questions you can pick and choose from to create your own evaluation form. To copy text to a wordprocessing document, simply 'drag' the text below holding down your mouse key, then select "Edit" then "Copy" from the Browser Menu. This will copy the text to your computer's clipboard. Then open a new document screen in a wordprocessor and select "edit," "paste."

Below are our educational and adminstrative objectives set at the beginning of the year. Rate them and provide helpful comments to explain your ratings.
