Below are 3 sets of "evaluation" ideas/questions you can pick and choose from to create your own evaluation form. To copy text to a wordprocessing document, simply 'drag' the text below holding down your mouse key, then select "Edit" then "Copy" from the Browser Menu. This will copy the text to your computer's clipboard. Then open a new document screen in a wordprocessor and select "edit," "paste."
