Creating a Rotation Schedule

The following "CREATIVE" Rotation Schedule demonstrates several possibilities. This one shows THREE Grade Groups on a FIVE Week Schedule with some workshops COMBINED.

Combining makes sense when you are short a room and one has to pull double duty. Some workshops are easier to combine than others, such as, Theater and Art.

This example also shows how to put the older grade group into the computer lab for two weeks in a row and how to conduct ONE week special workshops. The variations aren't quite "endless" but there are a bunch.

As you can see, the Rotation model offers you many scheduling possibilities to suit your grade groups, time of year attendance, room availability, and creative ideas.
