Workshop Rotation Model Lesson Plan Template

This form is provided to help you organize your lesson writing process, make your work available to others in your church, and archive your lessons in a searchable database at Rotation.org. The template can be used by several lesson writers in your church --putting all their lessons in the same format as yours by using this Template.

The Template works like most webforms --just fill in the boxes with text. When finished, click "submit." This will allow you to PREVIEW your Lesson Plan. From there you can make changes, print it out, and email it to yourself and then you can then forward to your teachers if you'd like.

After you submit it to Rotation.org, you can find it in the Lesson Form Database and edit it again if you wish. Clicking "Submit" will also submit your lesson the Lessons ExchangeRemember your password!

I've put some lesson writing "tip" inside each box which are meant to be deleted as you work on that area. This template isn't carved in stone. Suggestions appreciated. <>< Neil MacQueen, sundaysoft@ee.net
