The following Workshop pictures come from Jean Carey at Christ Community Church in Palos Heights, Illinois

Notice the western theme playing through the rooms, and the use of paper on the walls to create a whole new atmosphere.

The fireplace was carved from insulation foam using a hot wire and then painted with latex paint. The main form was made from two boxes and it is secured with monofilament to the drop ceiling. The log cabin room was created with a double layer so the walls were not damaged. The first layer was old backdrops that we had made on Tyvek and then we used double stick tape to secure the log layer. (Tyvek is a brand of textured plastic construction sheeting that comes in rolls). Jean notes that she has a team of creative folks, including Senior Highs who help build the rooms.
