Rotation.org Sunday School Newsletter
and Special Announcement
November 2015

Big Changes are Coming to Rotation.org starting Nov 30th
On November 30th all your great content will be poured into a brand new website.

You will see:
 New Home Page Layout
 New Features and Graphic
And some navigational and organizational visual changes

You may need to:
Upload a new avatar (Profile Pic)
Get use to some new visual & organizational schemes.

Hoop.la, our website software engine,
has been completely re-written to make the site 100% compatible and "responsive" to the wide array of devices and screen sizes people browse with these days: smartphones, tablets, and PCs. The technical term for this is "responsive design" and it is the result of the Mobile and Tablet computing revolution.
Faster, more features, new formatting options, and improved navigation.
We're excited to share it with you!
We are currently testing the Beta version of the site, and will continue to make adjustments after the launch. Watch for the launch announcement via email.

We are thankful to all our Supporting Members
who's contributions pay for our wonderful site software.

Writing Team Lesson Set Improvement Project News

The Writing Team has just posted a brand new lesson set:
Jesus the Boy in the Temple
(Which is to say: Be like Jesus in your church!)

Everyone can read the Writing Team's Bible Background and Lesson Summaries for each set. Only Supporting Members can read and print the Team's lesson plans.
We are in the process of revising, updating, and rewriting ALL our Writing Team lesson sets. These sets are in addition to the hundreds of other publicly available lessons and lesson ideas.  Learn more about the "WT"

If Rotation.org has been a blessing to your church, become a supporting member, and if you are already, make a year-end donation.

We are 100% independent, volunteer run, member supported,

always improving our site and adding new content,
...and we're crazy about Sunday School.

Your 2015 Volunteer Board of Directors

Expressing our thanks...

Luanne: I am thankful to Rotation.org for turning our traditional ways of doing Sunday School upside down and inside-out. It has resulted in amazing new experiences over the years. It has rocketed our student and teacher faith journeys beyond anything I could have imagined.

Jaymie: There are so MANY reasons I am grateful for the Rotation Model, but one of the most unexpected was the impact it has had on adults -- recruiting teachers is SO MUCH easier now. The teachers are learning right along with the kids and they love it!

Amy: I am thankful that even though my current church is not doing rotation, I am still able to use many of the wonderful lesson ideas at Rotation.org for other programs, such as Wednesday night activities and Vacation Bible School.

Carol: I am thankful that this site has resulted in friendships! As well as lots of lesson ideas and inspiration. Thank you to every one of our Supporting Members who make it happen.

Cathy: I am thankful for...

  • the love of children and the desire to nurture their faith that occurs across a wide range of denominations.
  • the hard work and creativity flowing into this site from our members and from our board members and staff.
  • the growth in my faith as I think about and prepare lessons for the children in our congregation and share them with rotation.org.

Anne:  With all the work going on at Rotation.org, I am especially thankful this month to the Rotation Board and Wormy for carrying on without me while my husband and I moved from Pennsylvania to Georgia. (We were without internet for most of ten days. Can you even imagine it?)
