Reply to "ART Workshop Lessons and Ideas for Jonah"

Saw this "craft" clothespin Whale and Jonah. Looks like they made it with foam sheets and a simple "found everywhere" colorable cut-out of a Bible character.

Made me wonder how we could make clamping clothespin representations of other key parts of the story too.

  • The king of Nineveh putting ashes on his head.
  • The worm munching the plant.
  • God 'opening up' Jonah's eyes to the concept of God's forgiveness and mercy,
  • Opening your mouth to speak of God's mercy.
