Evaluating lessons/units

Since we began rotation, we've asked workshop leaders and shepherds to complete an evaluation sheet at the end of each unit for several reasons: to discovery if they felt they were prepared enough before leading, if the lessons worked/got across the main point, if the kids enjoy it, if it was clear enough for the age group it was aimed at, if there was enough time at the end of the lesson for the shepherd for prayer/journaling/discussion, and if it was fun for the leaders. If you do this type of evaluation (or wish you did) what other things do you ask?
