Reply to "Great Music Videos that could be used when teaching about Nicodemus"

Okay...I'm adding one more amazing video you could use with the Nicodemus story. It features a young boy, who happens to be blind and autistic, singing "Open the Eyes of My Heart, Lord."

It's really moving no matter what denomination or style of worship you come from.  You could easily imagine Nicodemus singing this same song.

Here's the boy singing it in a church: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q9jqI4svrNY

The song was originally written by Paul Belouche and has been covered by many, including Michael W. Smith and Casting Crowns. I like Baloche's original version because it's fast, acoustic, and not dragged out -as later versions used in worship have become.  It's simple enough for kids to learn, and the lyrics remind me of a hymn.

Open the eyes of my heart, Lord
Open the eyes of my heart
I want to see You
I want to see You
...
To see You high and lifted up
Shinin' in the light of Your glory
Pour out Your power and love
As we sing holy, holy, holy
