How to Make Sure Our ENews and Announcements Get to Your Inbox (and Not Your Junk Folder)

1/20/20

A very important message from Rotation.org, now powered by Crowdstack.com

CROWDSTACK is the new name and URL for the same great server-side software that powers Rotation.org's online community and manages the email notifications to members.
Email notifications that used to come from alerts@hoop.la will now come from alerts@crowdstack.com
Make sure that email from alerts@crowdstack.com makes it to your inbox and doesn't end up in your spam or junk folder.

How to add an email address to your
Email Contacts or Safe-sender list.

To add an email to a contact list in most of the major email programs, typically you just have to hover over or click the 'from" address of this email and an "add to contacts" option will appear. So find our latest email from "alerts@crowdstack" in your email inbox or spam folder and following the instructions for adding our "from" address to your safe-sender or contact list so that our notifications always come to your inbox.

In Gmail and YahooMail: Open a message from the sender you want to save as a contact in your address book. Hover your cursor over the sender's name at the top of the email. Click Add to Contacts on the pop-up pane.
