The Three Kings' Visit: Mardi Gras King Cake Celebration - a Lesson for Families at Home

Easier Sunday School lesson
At-Home lesson

Celebrate Christ our King with a Festive Mardi Gras staple, the King Cake!

King Cake

I adapted our Writing Team's The Magi ~ King Cake Cooking Workshop lesson plan for easier in-church and at-home use during the 2020-21 pandemic. Moving forward, it's still a great and tasty idea for small groups and at-home use. I hope you enjoy it. It provides a colorful sweet treat and lesson during challenging times and seasons.

For those who want to dig deeper into the story, read our Bible Background. The lesson plan I adapted this from is open in glorious detail to our amazing Supporting Members who help make our website and its resources possible. Thank you!
