One thing we should not overlook is taking teachers and students to the actual Holy Land via video.  If teachers, prepping for their lessons, can actually see the places that they're teaching about, it adds a whole new dimension to the Bible story.  Our Daily Bread Publishing has a new DVD video series entitled "The Holy Land: Connecting The Land With Its Stories" that I think Rotation teachers ought to check out as a Bible Background resource.  Some of these short videos might also be ideal for sharing with kids as well.  Most of these videos can also be found on YouTube.  I highly recommend this video series, not only for the visuals, but also for the faith/life applications shared in the videos that are helpful for teachers and students alike.

Here's the promo video for the series.
