The most important thing for people to realize is this isn't "tweaking" the current system, but radically changing our approach.
As much as we wanted to get started yesterday, the process of concensus building, and talking and talking and talking before voting was probably best in the long run.
You also can do an informal survey of parents, kids and teachers in your program. Find out what is working and what needs improvement: attendance? retention of information? enthusiasm? recruitment?
Then look at the articles about rotation and see what the model will offer in relation to the challenges your congregation is facing.
Rotation is NOT the solver-of-all-problems, but is truly an effective way to teach and help children and leaders grow in their faith. As in any model, the key is still people with a passion for God's word and for children and young people.
Also, if there is ANY possible way to attend the national conference in Chicago in March, it will be a big boost.

When I introduced worm,
1st - I created a powerpoint presentation that explained the program
2nd - I ran each and everyone of them through an actual rotation (which was our first months rotation for the year).
Combining the two - I feel - was beneficial because they not only got the chance to hear about the program - they also had the opportunity to have a hands on approach.
