I'm not sure why you can't click on support--perhaps our webmasters can sort that out.

The search button is that little magnifying glass that is between the "About & Support" and the "+".

Hopefully, Cathy's response helped you to find the search feature. Here's a photo if it helps.



Or, perhaps you are using a device where the "hamburger menu" is present? (In the upper left.) Search is accessible when you click on the hamburger.



Not sure what happened when you tried to access the Support menu. At any rate, we saw your request for help!
