New Lesson Resources for our Supporting Members!

September 2020 @ Rotation.org

New shareable lessons from the Writing Team:

Five brand-new creative lessons about the Ten Commandments featuring:

  1. a Commandment candy-making project
  2. a "Moses and Me" foil sculpture activity
  3. a virtual hike up Mt. Sinai
  4. a Commandments photo game
  5. and a video lesson using free online clips

Each lesson has been specifically written for at-home and "easy" in-church classroom use to meet the challenges of the day.

  • More broadly-graded and a bit simpler and shorter for families than typical "WT" lessons written for teachers.
  • Each lesson plan comes with a PDF that you can digitally share with your members.
  • In addition to focusing on remembering the Commandments, the lessons also address them in a kid-friendly way with relevant life applications (especially for these days).
  • Parts of each lesson can also be used in children's worship, intergenerational teaching, and for making your own online video lessons.
  • The Bible Background is written in a devotional style and can be also used as a standalone Bible study by youth and adults.

A BIG THANK YOU to our Supporting Members for making Rotation.org and its resources possible especially during these trying times. Your contributions allow us to keep writing and providing a place for other creative educators to share their ideas and talents. You also afford us the opportunity to get out in front of important issues like at-home lessons and preparing for Advent in the year of social-distancing.

Together,
Amy, Carol, Luanne, Cathy, Robin, and Donna
