This parable is theologically VERY similar to the parable of the Prodigal Son. One son working already a while, the other coming to the vineyard/father's house late. Thus, you could show that video, or compare two short videos of each story.

For Movement and Drama, kids could do great demonstrating the body language of "unfairness" and "excluding" vs acceptance and welcome.

I'm sure kids think acceptance/pay is about "works" not grace. This would be a good story to teach about "works" and salvation.
