I just thought I'd let you know I found a great video for this.

The Andy Griffin show Opie and the Spoiled Child.

Of course I had to watch this with my 12 year old daughter before I realized how to get the connection in so the children will understand. Leave it to the kids to open our eyes sometimes. But this is great, both the spoil child and the ten lepers receives a gift. Neither the 9 lepers or the spoiled child are thankful for that gift. And the spoiled child actor really makes you think about how cruel it can be to others to be so ungrateful. I'll let you know how it goes.
WOW IT WENT BETTER THAN COULD HAVE IMAGINED!!!

On YouTube we found  "Andy Griffith "Opie and the Spoiled Kid" in 5 minutes" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSTdHClwwSg
