Do you appreciate Rotation.org's incredible Writing Team lessen sets and look forward to more to come? You can help ensure future lessons by donating support to the work of the Writing Team. Each lesson set is a result of many hours of volunteer writers and even more hours of our paid webmaster/lead writer/editor.

You can help create a Writing Team Lesson Set by sponsoring the next lesson set on the Book of Ruth.  On a personal level, Ruth is a story about family, about loyalty, and about protecting those in need. On a theological level, the story is also a metaphor about Israel’s relationship with its own “Guardian-Redeemer” and ours—the one to whom we humble ourselves and seek protection.

Any size donation helps, and you will be acknowledged in the set as a sponsor. We realize that not everyone has the time or talent to be a Writing Team member, so here is a way to show your appreciation of the work of everyone on the team and to encourage that work!

HOW TO GIVE:

Give today and help add the Story of Ruth Lesson Set to our growing collection of resources for you.

Thank you for your support!

Highlights from the Writing Team's Upcoming Lesson Set:

The Story of Ruth and Boaz

  1. An Art Workshop that features grain and feather printmaking. (Yes, "feathers"! You'll learn why it's an important part of the story.)

  2. A Science-Storytelling Workshop involving magnets and breakfast cereal.

  3. A Software Workshop that uses a free Bible story and activity app that works on all kinds of tablets and computers (even smartphones).

  4. A Drama Workshop that uses a "Point of View" photo technique the kids will love.

  5. A Cooking Workshop that "tastes your way through the story."

  6. A Bible Geography "Journey" Workshop from Moab to Bethlehem.

  7. A Video Workshop that includes a special clip from "Guardians of the Galaxy" created by the Team.

  8. A Bible Background that digs into the "Guardian Redeemer" theme in the Book of Ruth.

  9. And a special printable storybook of the Book of Ruth created by the Writing Team using a shortened version of the NIV text and the illustrations of John August Swanson -- given to us with special permission.
