A basic all-purpose kitchen kit:
- Cookie sheets
- Wooden spoons
- Mixing bowls
- Serving dish(es)
- Foil, saran, napkins, silverware, plates, cups, paper towel
- Hand washing and dish washing supplies
- Cooling racks
- cutting boards
- paring knives
- chopping knife
- bread knife
- cooking spray
- "take it home" storage supplies (depending on food)
- Plastic tablecloths for quick clean up.
- Dishpan and drying rack
Adjust for # of students and recipes
Depending on the recipe, you will invariably bring things from home.
