I would add parchment paper, or, since you are starting out, look into investing in those reusable sheets that are a replacement for parchment paper (forget what they are called). One of those chopping devices where you load the food and then punch down on a plunger thingy to chop the food. (My, I seem to be having difficulty coming up with the names for things!)
