Here are some photos of what we've been up to the last two years. It has been quite a journey, and we are working on summarizing our Joy Jam story and will get that posted soon to go along with these photos.

We have an amazing team of talented volunteers.. and an supportive congregation.   In our process we have knocked down and painted walls, ripped up 25 year old carpet and put down beautiful flooring and mounted flat screen TVs... each project succeeding in some format after an initial "you want to do what??"

The biggest challenge remains maintaining the rooms as a multi use space including working with secular preschool which uses it during the week. So the vision isn't what it was when we started and it isn't near complete but we've learned the meaning of "Letting Go and Let God" and some amazing things have happened.  More to come but in the meantime enjoy...

White board paint! What a great idea! In our drama/music room we have a board painted with chalkboard paint, but it doesn't work very well with projecting. We might repaint with white board paint so it's more multi-purpose. Has it held up well?

Yes its a bit expensive but holding up great! Just need to make it very clear that only dry erase markers are used. Big sign.  we've had a few oops.  And yes we love our jeopardy board as well! the same woman made us a wonderful time line for our joy jam jr group. Will have to take a photo of that as well.
