"Through three interweaving characters: Jonah & Miriam (a brother and sister) and Matthew (Tax Collector) are woven: the Parable of the Lost Coin, the Parable of the Lost Sheep, and the Parable of the Two Debtors. Also, the story line includes "Jesus and the Man Let Down Through the Roof" which uses the Jonah character, and Miriam anoints Jesus.

We watched the VeggieTales and the Wonderful Wizard of Ha's for a Wednesday evening activity but the children were immediately able to make the connection between the lost son (coin) and the rejoicing father (woman). It was wonderful to see one of our children stand up, point at the television with wide eyes and breathlessly say "rejoicing". I love how the rotation model is impacting our children!  See another member's comment on this video here.
